Add checklist to task
The "Add checklist to task" robot appends checklist items to a task by its ID in Bitrix24 (Alaio) business processes and robots. It takes an array of items; an element like "== Title" starts a new section and the following items go under it. It returns the number of items added, the number of sections created, and a Success Y/N flag.
The robot fills a task checklist from a process — the standard task creation action leaves the checklist empty, and typing the same list into every task by hand gets old fast. The input is the task ID and the items: a regular element is appended to the checklist, an element prefixed with "==" creates a section and all following items go under it; without sections the items land in the main task checklist. Typical use cases: roll out a standard verification list in an acceptance task; build a checklist from the values of a deal multiple-value field; add a block of mandatory steps on escalation. If the task is not found, Success = N is returned. It returns the numbers of items and sections added — use them in the next steps of the business process.

What errors can the robot return?
The robot writes these messages to the business process log when it cannot complete a step. The text tells you what to fix in the settings or the data.
- Error: task ID is not set
- Error: no items to add
- Error accessing the task
Scenario: a standard acceptance checklist
- A process creates an order verification task
- The robot adds the section == Documents and the verification items
- The assignee receives the task with a ready checklist instead of an empty list
