Roboteka is a library of micro-robots for Bitrix24 business processes: ready-made actions that close the gaps in stock automation without a developer. The app installs free from the Bitrix24 Market, and the robots appear in the workflow designer next to the built-in ones.
Who builds Roboteka?
Roboteka is built by the team at Remark, a digital integrator and Bitrix24 app developer behind Duplicates No More, Rules and Data Connector. Years of Bitrix24 rollouts showed us the same missing operations again and again — so we collected them into one library.
How is the library organized?
Every robot is a single brick for a single operation: format a phone number, find a deal, count business days, evaluate a compound condition. No kitchen-sink robots with a dozen flags. The catalog currently holds 58 robots across CRM, tasks, text, dates, finance and telephony.
Why are robots built for free on request?
That is the core mechanic of Roboteka: if the robot you need is missing, describe the task — we build it for free, review it, and add it to the shared library. The catalog grows from real user tasks rather than our guesses, and every new robot benefits everyone.
