Assign responsible: queue / workload
The Assign responsible: queue / workload robot picks the next employee round-robin or the least busy one and makes them responsible for the current lead, deal, contact, company or smart process item in Bitrix24 (Alaio) workflows. Repeating an employee in the list gives them a bigger share, an open-items limit protects against overload, and a fallback responsible covers the case when nobody qualifies. It returns the selected employee ID, name and email plus Y/N flags.
The robot fills the gaps of stock distribution: workload, shares, limits and a fallback recipient. In round-robin mode it keeps a fair rotation through a shared counter — several templates can share one queue by its name, and repeating an employee in the list increases their share. In workload mode it counts each candidate's open deals, leads or active tasks (optionally within selected pipelines) and hands the item to the least busy one. Shared filters: online employees only, exclusions, an open-items limit per person and a fallback responsible. The robot can assign the responsible person itself or only return the pick for use in the next workflow steps. Works with leads, deals, contacts, companies, smart process items and tasks.

Scenario: distributing new deals across the sales team
- A deal is created and the robot runs in round-robin mode
- The robot skips offline employees and assigns the next one in rotation
- If the whole team is unavailable, the deal goes to the team lead — the fallback responsible
