Format entity phone numbers
The Format entity phone numbers robot converts every phone of the lead, deal, contact, or company to a chosen format right in the card, inside Bitrix24 business processes and robots. The only input is the format: +7, 8, or international. It returns the count of updated numbers and the count skipped as unrecognized.
The robot pulls the full phone list from the lead, deal, contact, or company card, formats every number by the selected template (+7XXXXXXXXXX, 8XXXXXXXXXX, or international), and writes the list back. Each number keeps its type — work, mobile, home — and other contact data (emails, messengers, websites) stays untouched. Unrecognized values are left as they were and counted as skipped. Typical cases: a one-off cleanup of phone numbers after migrating a database from another CRM, and automatic normalization of a contact right after creation so duplicate search and call matching in telephony work correctly. The robot returns two numbers — the updated count and the skipped count — handy for conditions and notifications to the responsible person in the next workflow steps.

Scenario: contact phone cleanup after import
- A contact is imported from an old CRM — the card holds numbers like 8 (912) 345-67-89 and +7 912 345 67 89
- The robot converts all numbers to +79123456789, keeping the Work and Mobile types
- The workflow receives the updated and skipped counts and notifies the responsible person
