NPS scale 0–10
NPS scale is a Bitrix24 (Alaio) custom field: a 0–10 score inside the CRM card with the classic color bands (0–6 red, 7–8 yellow, 9–10 green).
A 0–10 loyalty score with color bands, right in the card.
